Hello! Our fence is about 3 1/2 feet tall and has mesh between the slats to fully enclose the yard. We back to open space and there are no neighbor dogs so your reactive pup should be comfortable. Come take a sniff!

Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8:30 to watch the sunset).

When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Hi! I live in a no-pets home but I am so excited to share my fenced in yard with yours! I have around 1/4 acre of fenced in land, with grass and shady spots. I have dog water and a trash can out for use. Entrance is separate from the home through a gate on the main street.
