Welcome to our Sniffspot! We’re Katina and Rodney, dog lovers offering a peaceful half-acre space for your pup to explore. While our property isn’t fenced, the surrounding area is quiet, with a low-traffic street ensuring a safe and relaxed environment. Whether your dog loves to sniff, roam, or just soak up the outdoors, our space provides a little slice of tranquility for them to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you and your furry friend!

Low traffic street with 20mph speed limit There are train tracks behind our property that only runs occasionally maybe a couple times a year at the most.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
