Description

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Come visit in the winter-bring snowshoes and have fun romping around with your best friend. Happy to help with any questions. Hope you and your furry family enjoy your time! (Please discourage your dogs from peeing on my newly planted trees-thanks!)

Hazards

The conditions of my field changes, depending on the time of year. Please feel free to reach out and ask about the conditions (height of grass, etc). There are a few water irrigation ditches that run through the property. Depending on time of year, part of the field may be wet from irrigation water or snow melt, but dogs usually love this part :) Route 402 can be busy depending on the time you visit. I recommend that owners wear closed toe shoes, as the grass can be tall and itchy sometimes. Please note this is a field with varying types and heights of grasses, not manicured lawn :)
