If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade.
