Description

A quiet backyard with plenty of room for your pups to get some cardio. There's a private entrance to the yard along the right of our house, you cant miss the gate it's the one with the sniff spot sign! We have toys available and a hose for water. It gets muddy fast but there's lots of paved area to play, and the hose to wash off if you need (or to play with!). Depending on the reservation time we also have our pup chicken nugget avaliable to come play (if you request only, we leave you alone unless you reach out to us). He's a sweet crazy boy and will play tag all day, but he's more about getting chased than chasing. There's a poop scooper, poop bags, and hand sanitizer at stations in the yard. We have a trash bin available and close by, as well as a table and chairs. String lights illuminate the paved area at night, so if you need to let your dog get some energy out before bed it's safe to do!

Hazards

** there are bunnies under the wooden climbing toy next to the garage. Please try to avoid them, hopefully they're old enough to leave soon. ** Our pool is up for the season, we are not allowing access to the pool. Please do not allow dogs into the pool, and do not allow dogs to chew on or play with pool/pool equipment (filters etc) There are a few wood piles. Ground is currently VERY MUDDY, which is a slip hazard. Due to the nature of it being a shadow box fence it's very difficult to keep it completely enclosed at all spots. If you have an exceptionally small dog please walk the fence to verify there are no spots you think your dog may fit. If you notice any let us know so we can address them if possible. There is a small platform deck in the far back right of the yard. It should be safe, but please be aware of it as it is raised off the ground and can be a trip hazard if not seen while walking. Also be aware of your dogs nails, decks are very common places for dogs to get their nails stuck between the planks.

Please cleanup any trash you bring in and latch the gate when you leave. When you are coming for a visit if you here or see a dog behind the gate DO NOT OPEN THE GATE. If there is a scheduling error please return to your vehicle and contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Guests are NOT permitted entry into the home, there is no public restroom available. Guests are NOT permitted into the garage, the garage doors will always be closed during visiting hours. We do our best to verify the Sniffspot is clear of hazards that may impact your visit, but your pets and your own safety are ultimately your responsibility while visiting. Please thoroughly check the Sniffspot to ensure it is safe before letting your pet off the leash, in case a new hazard becomes present before we are able to find and address it.

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount.
