Sometimes
My dogs will be kept indoors away from windows and doors during your visit. Occasionally our neighbors across the road will be visiting and may have their dog or dogs present. I will do my best to block times when they are here but cannot guarantee. I have no way to stop other folks from walking their dogs down our road but this is rare.

Me and my hubby are owned by our two pups, Brodie our Ridgebck and Chase our Pharoah Hound.
Private drive way with two car parking spot on the right of the house leaves you at the beginning of your pups fun! You can walk around the house after parking to the back where there’s a deck to sit and watch you pup play or you can continue up the hill to greener trails that lead past a small orchard and up to a forested area. At the top of the hill you have a scenic view of the house, pond and greenery. It’s a great workout and very relaxing. Your dog/dogs will love the freedom the property has to offer. We do have our own dog which will be in doors during your visit and there are dogs across the street when you first park so please be mindful of your dog is reactive.
Peace and quiet woods setting on 3 plus acres too walk with your dog leashed or unleashed.
Over 80 acres mixed wooded and pasture lot. Usually a neighbor walking roads with or with our their dog. Very private
Giant fenced farm with lots to sniff and explore. Mostly open lawn; brushy areas; horses in another fenced enclosure. Agility equipment.

Little less than an acre with views! Lots of room to run around. Not fenced. Barn/shed/house OFF limits. I will meet you and show you the property line to stay within. No aggressive dogs permitted. Cleaning up after yourself and pet required. Looking forward to hosting you!
Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!
This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
We have 10 acres of field, two areas for off leash fun!! One is a field that has some pathways cut through and the other is an open horse field that’s not currently in use. There is also a small pond that our lab loves to swim in.
