The back yard of my property is fully enclosed with minimum 5ft cedar fencing. Easy gated entry off the large parking pad. Please note: -There is a swimming pool but generally guests do not use it unless specifically cleared with me. -sprinkler may be available for use on hot days -I have 4 pet chickens that will be contained in a secure coop/run; guests are welcome to say “hello” to them, but please do not to enter the enclosure/shed/coop. Absolutely NO DOGS in the run or coop at any time, failure to adhere to policy will result in you being asked to leave immediately. Adirondack chairs and seating area with shade sail pergola available for your enjoyment. There is also a forest preserve area at the end of my street that backs up to the Dupage River; it is not enclosed in any way, but free to the public if you would like to go down to the river.

It’s a beautifully landscaped yard with mulch, grass, River rock, apple trees, flower garden & more. During warm weather we have furniture to sit on under a pergola. Parking is in a cul de sac. Also Our 42 lb lab mix loves to play if you are looking to make a friend. Please close gate upon leaving. ENJOY!
