I’m a fur momma to three dogs and a cat. I’ve lived with pets my entire life. My first home was a condo, so I only had one dog then, but it was also difficult to let him run and play because we didn’t have a yard or fenced in area. I tried dog parks, but I was always uncomfortable with other owners who were very lax about their dogs’ behavior. As soon as I had property to accommodate a fence and more dogs, we grew our little pack to three. I’ve been volunteering at local animal shelters since 2001 and now foster and volunteer with a local animal rescue. We’ve shared our space with eight fosters to date - and only one has foster failed ☺️.
