55SO much room to run , my dogs loved the big open field to chase each other and play fetch, they especially loved running circles around the shed 😅 so much he sounded like a hyena 🤣 super clean and nice neighborhood, I did have to block the stairs with something because mine were super interested in going on the deck so sorry if they were a bother when I was showing them off!
55We had a little celebration of life get-together for my best friend, Chester. He had an incredible time. It was just as described. Very clean and quiet. We all had a great time.
55Amazing space, our pup Ripley was so happy to be able to run off leash. 10/10 would recommend!
55I went in with my dog and came out with a tired slug of an animal! 🤣🤣 Bruno is out of shape and was tired only 10minutes into running but well worth it! Got home have a bath to wash off the mud.. 🤣🤣 thanks again ❤️❤️🐶🐶🫵🏻
55Perfect spot! Convenient, clean and easy!
55Very clean , well kept with easy access
55Rufio and I had the best time! Everything about our visit from start to finish was perfection. Easy to find location, entrance was nicely secured and off to the side. Once inside the fenced in area we were in complete doggie paradise. The space is HUGE!! Provided were toys, agility equipment to set up if desired (we definitely will in the future) water, water bowl, chair and lounge bed for the pups. Rufio got a real good sniff in to start and we then played ball for the whole time. It's been a while since I've been able to let Rufio off leash for a good game of ball and just being a doggo. He is fear reactive of dogs he doesn't know, so finding a space where there's guaranteed no other pup's, secure fencing and space to run is truly priceless. This is definitely our new favorite place!! Thank you Kelly, Cal and Chief!!
55My pup had a really great time, and she loved the agility equipment. It was so spacious and we all felt very comfortable. The water and hose were easy access. There was some stool left behind from another dog but it was quick to clean up with the scoop. Otherwise would definitely sign up again!!
55Beautiful yard we had a nice time We stop by after daycare, beautiful nice open space he was having fun sniffing around. We would definitely be back I highly recommend this spot
55This was our first Sniffspot and my dogs loved it! They loved the huge yard, and lots of sniffing.

Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Large Fenced in Yard with Some Woods to Explore

Update 6/12/23: While I love the tree by the mailbox, I recognize it makes backing out of my driveway very difficult. Feel free to back into the drive so that your line of sight isn't blocked when trying to leave. Update 4/11/23: There are times that I block off my yard for the whole day to ensure that I don't have back-to-back visits and that there is time for the dogs I am dog sitting to run around. I don't need all this time so feel free to message me if you would like to visit on that particular day and I can unblock a slot for you to book. General Information I have a large fenced in yard. It is chain link and 6ft tall. It is reinforced at the bottom. There is a woodsy area in the yard for dogs to explore as well. Lots of room to run! You may notice your dog spends most of his/her time sniffing around instead of running. This is typical for the first visit: 1. It is a new space for them and they get a lot of information through their nose 2. Lots of dogs have been in my yard so there is so much to smell. This is still great enrichment and will lead to a tired and fulfilled dog. Please bring your own dog toys, water, and water bowl. If your dog poops (even if in the woods), can you please pick it up? I have a dog that likes to eat poop - so gross! You may notice that sometimes my deck is gated off. I do this so that the visiting dogs aren't distracted by the sliding door, standing in front of it thinking they are there to come into the house instead of playing in the yard. You are more than welcome to take one of them down if you want to sit up on the deck. If I forget to put the gate up and you want to block your dog from coming up on the deck, feel free to put it on the stairs to block the entryway. Other things worth mentioning: - My neighbor to the right of me has ducks. They are typically quiet but visible. - Depending on the weather and time of the year, parts of the yard may be icy and/or muddy! Bring towels to wipe down your dog afterwards. If you visit early spring, you may see ground bees flying around on the south facing side of the house. By late April, you won't even know they are there. They are very docile (in fact most species don't have stingers) and are great pollinators. - I also dog sit out of my home. Some dogs that I watch are vocal and may bark the whole time you are visiting. If your booking time is during a time that I am home, I can ensure that they are kept quiet and don’t interfere with your visit. If hearing barking coming from my house is something that will impact your visit, feel free to reach out to me beforehand to confirm whether or not I am dog sitting and/or will be home. If there is anything I can do to make this a more enjoyable experience, please message me with feedback :) Hope you have a great time!
