Hi there! My name is Vivian and I am a born and raised Miami girl. I live in my cozy home with my husband and daughter and we are glad you stopped by! Our yard is our pride and joy and we hope you love it too.
The backyard is 9500 sq ft and has 3 different areas. One is the pool area with a tiki hut, 2 is a covered area with a koi pond view for relaxing or taking shelter due to rain or heat and the 3rd area is the most popular, mostly grass area for playing fetch with your furry friend and for dogs to do their necessities. Spacious parking located directly in front of the property with gate access on either side of side.
Welcome to Paws Paradise! Our spacious yard is the ultimate play haven for your furry friend to get the zoomies! We’re located in the heart of Westchester, just 7 minutes south of FIU. Let your dog run, jump, and play freely in a safe, secure environment. With plenty of shade and toys and space for pawrents to hang out, your pup will have a blast. Come let those tails wag non-stop at Paws Paradise!
Large grass space for dogs to run around and get plenty of exercise. You might hear the neighbor's rooster from time to time but you will never see other dogs on the property during your visit. Your dogs will feel right at home.

We have the best heated pool oasis. Dogs love to come to swim in the pool. The yard has some grass so they can play and run. Also great for humans to enjoy with their furry loved ones.
Delightfully shaded with bench swing out front and chairs everywhere, our 1 fenced acre yard has plenty of places to run, play and explore. There is a garden feel to it; trees and shrubbery everywhere..The kids will love it too- it’s a great yard to go barefoot in, trees to climb and space to throw a ball..
I have grassy yard that dogs love to do the zoomies in and play fetch! The double-lot has fencing all around, including privacy hedges. There’s a dirt digging corner under the shady tree. We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. There are poop bags and a green trash bin available. There are dog toys, a dog training cot, and two umbrellas. You’re welcome to use the hose to fill the water bowl and fill the kiddie pool. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.
This space is not too small and not too big. A pool is present on land and available for use.
Need a way to cool your dog off, does your dog love water? Come visit us and enjoy our splash Pond of water. This is an opportunity for you and your dog to have some private water play outdoors at our park and let your dog have some fun. Safety is our top priority. You can rest easy knowing that our beautiful garden is completely free of toxic plants, herbicides, fertilizers or pesticides. In addition, two magnificent trees offer shade, creating a comfortable environment. While our two American Bullies, ages one and six, call this garden home, we make sure they are safe inside during their visit to ensure a stress-free experience for everyone. Our dogs are well-behaved and friendly, and your absence during visits allows your dogs to have the garden to themselves. Whether playing fetch, relaxing or just soaking up some sun, our garden is ideal for activities with your furry companions. We have plenty of space for your dog to run and play and a beautiful sea breeze the spot is located one block from the ocean. It is a pleasure to share my place with you and your pets.
