1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 3-4 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW: Look for our SniffFind (small container like a geocache) while you are visiting! When you find it, sign the logbook and return it to its hiding spot. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), four smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water and dog bowls are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, and poop bags are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.
