I have VRBO, Airbnb renters at the front of the property. I request dogs to be guided from this area as much as possible. Specifically it is the area where the travel trailer is located and is a small area. Dogs are not allowed inside animal enclosures. Owners must pick up after dogs. If using dog bowls, these must be emptied prior to leaving (mosquito control). Longer times may be requested however we have our own dogs that need to potty regularly. We would need to take our dogs out if guests are here longer than 3 hrs. We will provide dog waste bags and they will be located in the backyard behind main house. We will set them on the picnic table. Please pick up after dogs. There are trash cans next to house garage and by the horse stalls.

1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
