15The yard is very shaded and grossly overgrown with grass and weeds. Perfect environment for mosquitos and ticks. We left after a 1/2 hour due to several bug bites. There were well-worn children's toys littering the yard and fences were old and worn. I read over the reviews that gave this site 5*s but we did not see these qualities in this season, maybe in winter? I do not recommend and did not even use the full hour it was so unpleasant. You get what you pay for I guess, but there are definitely better yards for rent.
55Wonderful yard with lots of places to sniff and play. One nice thing to add in the future would be a trash can for used doggy bags.
55Cute place! Lots to sniff, my dog was bigger and still had a good time.
55Secure site with plenty of shade. Easy access. Variety of terrain for dogs to sniff/explore
55Beautifully shaded yard with many corners to explore. My dogs loved it!
55Cozy spot!
55Moxxi enjoyed his time exploring a new space going up and down the deck stairs. The space was a little small for him, (40+lb medium size) but he stayed engaged. Lynda was kind enough to leave out a container of water and a towel near the exit to wash off Moxxi’s paws since it seems to be mud season. We made good use of it.
55The spot was nice and quiet and our dog had a great time. The host was polite and quickly responded to a question I had prior to booking. Would happily visit again!
55This spot is great. Various levels to the yard and lots of wonderful places to sniff and explore. Tinier yard, so it seems better for small to medium dogs and those who don’t need wide room to fetch at a distance. Tenny loved zooming up and down the stairs and trying to catch the birds from the feeder. We came in winter so I would recommend bringing your own water for your pup.

PALS Park (private)

PALS park, is a space we have curated for our three dogs, Penelope (20 lb Boston Terrier), Arthur, and Lewis (brothers,55-70 lb. Cattle Dog mixes). We also have a cat named Stumpy, he makes himself VERY scarce when people are around. It’s a place we have made exclusively to let our dogs be the very best version of themselves. They “do not play well with others”, thus our need for the space we have. It’s a need for many dogs, and those dogs are not always afforded the ability to go to a dog park and be off leash. That’s why we offer our space. Dogs deserve to be dogs, and that’s our aim at PALS Park. There is ample parking and the driveway and a pathway to the park will be cleared in the winter months. There is a horse shelter in the park (we are slowly turning into the guest space). That’s where you will find several pooper scoopers with a bucket for poops without poop bags, a poop bag station, and a few mobile poop bag holders. There is a trash can for bagged poo and trash. We have set out some people chairs and an elevated dog bed. There is an always refreshed bucket of water at big pine tree by the shelter. And who can forget the toys? We have two deck boxes full of toys. A larger one near the house as well as a smaller one in the shelter. Toys can be put back in either one. **PROPER POOP DISPOSAL PROCEDURE** #2 can be: -pitched over the fence (bagless) -put into the trash can (if bagged) Karmic Poop Pick Up - we have a ton of space to play, so the odds of missing a poo now and then are high, we totally get it. See a poop? Pick it up (with a provided poop bag) and all day long you'll have good luck! We have a 700 gallon stock tank pool (not open November - April) just for the dogs. We will provide some towels, because we know a wet dog in a car is not fun. Please try to stay off the patio/porch near the home as it’s slippery when wet. Those areas will marked with a yellow plastic chain.
