	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Sprinkler available for use! Bunnies and other critters abound for chasing. Patio couch and table with chairs/umbrella available for your human. Both off-street (alley) and free street parking available. If we have enough advance notice, we will be sure to have water out for your pooch. Best for non-jumpers as the fence is low in spots.

I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! If a Saturday or Sunday is blocked and you have 2+ dogs, please message to request and it may be accomodated! Please note during winter (November until end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️
