I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.
Welcome to our safe haven! I am the proud mama of and caregiver for reactive, fearful, and special needs dogs. We built this yard specifically for fence jumpers and dogs that need and deserve a quiet and private space to play. Our yard is spacious, wooded, and green with full 8ft privacy fencing including inwardly-angled fence extenders. Doggie extras: get ready for wooded trails, “barkour” obstacles, the perfect grassy bowl for fetch, agility jumps and tunnels, a tennis ball bit, splash pool in the summer, and so much more. For the humans - we hope you’ll enjoy our Adirondack chairs and when it’s warm, our hammock chairs and swing set. Our backyard is fertilizer and pesticide free, and we use pet-safe biodegradable salt in the winter on the driveway.
One of our best amenities here at Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding is our beautiful yard. And we wanted to share it with everyone. Even if they're not one of our guests. The yard is fully fenced, we have tons of treats, every kind of toy your pup could possibly want, and has agility equipment including: jumps, a small A-frame, a dog walk & more!

March 5, 2025: We will be open for the next several days with the new snowfall. Once the snow disappears, we will close up again. February 24, 2025: Due to rapid snow melt, the yard will need to be closed until we get colder temperatures. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.
Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. We just added a doggy treat mailbox! Happy Spring! PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: • 🐕 ‼️ 👀 DOGS NEXT DOOR: There are two dogs that live next door to the south that are *sometimes* outside in their own fully fenced backyard. They are friendly! But one is a more energetic puppy that likes to bark. Our neighbors are great and are aware of our Sniffspot. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚰💧 Sorry, the water is currently off for the season. Will return when freeze risk drops! • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits. • Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) We love to wave ‘hi’ through the window. • ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. There is a gas station half a block north.

Please PM for details BEFORE booking!*** Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious, perfect for zoomies or laying around in the grass/snow. Relax in comfy chairs on the patio or under the rain-proof pergola while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3
