Please bring poop bags and clean up after your dog. Trash can is available in front of garage in can with black bag. Dining table and chairs and patio are available for use. Couch area under pergola and upper porch area are not available for sitting. Excessive barking is discouraged to avoid disturbing neighbors. Cameras are in use at all times.

We’re a family with two small dogs that love to run around our yard. Our turf yard is very clean and safe and we love to have other small dogs visit.
Nice roomy comfortable space for a pup or few to lounge around and enjoy.
Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.
Open space jump run roll ready
Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.
Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. We’re always available for questions or if you need anything. Thanks for considering our rooftop spot!

Hello Neighbors, WELCOME TO THE ONLY SPOT IN MANHATTAN. #1. Offering a fully fenced-in yard in Upper Manhattan. Cross streets are Park and Madison. Please allow your pup to enjoy this private oasis in the city. Chairs, table, comfortable seating provided for humans. Pillows and towels provided for pups to luxuriate. Fully enclosed.
Located in a secure private home near a subway station, coffee shops, and grocery. We provide a spacious and quiet gated backyard with access to water, comfortable seating, dog toys, puppy pool and a convenient driveway. Late evening appointments are available and multiple guests are welcome. Backyard available for dog parties and people events. Our space provides the amenities to either exercise your pup or just come to lounge around with them.
Beautiful back yard with tall trees and gardens. Room for your dog to run full speed and explore and sniff the yard's different areas and other past dogs. There is both sun and shade to sit and relax in. Easy parking on the street. Walk down the Long Driveway with the Brown Garage, away from the street. It is surrounded by other quiet back yards. 6-foot wood fence between the yard and street. Completely Private and peaceful. Water and rubber balls provided to dogs.
