Description

1 fenced in acre with hills and level space. Let your pups come get out all their zoomies in a safe, controlled environment. Property and pets owned by pup and boy mom, teacher, and certified dog trainer who holds an Animal Science degree from Cornell University. Feel free to explore the garden space or have a picnic while your pup plays. All we ask is that you clean up before you leave.

The Newburgh Dog House

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
