Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! We just ask that you treat everything like your own and please pick up after your furbaby! We have put our hearts and souls into this for you to enjoy!

We hope you will give us a try and visit Nashville's very first Sniffspot and the most popular Sniffspot in middle Tennessee to this day! Read on for details … we love sharing our secret place! This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 20 minutes from downtown, right near Bell Rd/Nolensville Rd between the Hickory Hollow pkwy/Tanger Outlets i24 and Bell Rd exits and the Brentwood i65 Old Hickory Blvd exit. An idyllic setting offers 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities like playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use -along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine! Hi there! I’m Megan and I 💕 dogs. My spot is a block from Starbucks & Publix (fantastic deli). My backyard is half shaded and half sunny with lush grass, 8ft fencing, a double gate, and huge with lots of area to explore. Six modern adirondack chairs & ample beverage tables will keep you comfy. Enjoy the shade from the large mature trees and relax & enjoy playing with your pup! Please keep your dog(s) leashed always until you are inside the SniffSpot. Close both gates during visit. Keep dog(s) off furniture. If dog(s) go onto furniture clean dog prints off of furniture. Trampoline use is not included in Sniffspot. Welcome to the home of Dreamline Trails! We are professional trail builders and have a bunch of trails built here on the property. There are a lot of mountain bike trails. I mention this because the dogs LOVE them! They jump the jumps and run up berms like they know exactly what they're for. Don't worry we rarely ride here and we always check for guests first! There is also a 2 acre field 3 acres of woods and 900 ft of creek access as well.

Green Acres!

Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!
