55Lovely winter walk! We didn’t see another soul, just lots of animal tracks.
55I picked a time during the week to go and there was no one there! We had a great hike!
35I would like to first start by saying the spot looks beautiful and has a lot of space. Just wish there was more signage for parking and directions to clearings for the dogs to run. I parked between the white building and road as asked by the host and took a walk straight down a trail to a fork in the road. From the left, you could see parking for what I later found out was for ATVs. So I took the right and walked through ATV trails in a circle filled with large rocks and rubble. That's something I personally wasn't prepared for, and it ate at my sniffspot time. We made it back to the ATV parking and found a clearing that I used. It was surrounded by ATV trails that people were using at the time. No biggie for us because they're not reactive to the ATVs. The area had holes, uneveness in the ground, and long grass. So much so the dogs were losing their ball 😅. Outside of the ATVs, sounds heard were dog barks from a distance and banging noises. Like I mentioned in the beginning, I took the wrong trail and lost sniffspot time, so I didn't have more time to explore further. I'm hopeful there is more space to be explored. I just didn't have the opportunity, but next time. I hope this helps other sniffspot goers!
55Great visit, as always!
35This is a beautiful property and we did get to do a little exploring. I didn’t realize how many quads would be there and I was scared that the dogs might get hit. This is definitely a dedicated area for quads. I think think I’d try it again on a weekday
55Nice space. Shared with ATVs but it was easy to hear then coming
55Do yourself a favor and book a couple of hours here. There are endless miles of ATV trails for your dog to enjoy. This is one of the best spots on this app.
55This spot did not disappoint! Be sure to book more than an hour so you have time to explore all of the trails. And definitely wear trail shoes. We will be back!
55Thank you for sharing your property. Nice walk on the ATV trails.
45This was a great spot to hike with our pup. I highly recommend wearing sturdy shoes (not sneakers) as the trails/roads are very rocky and muddy in some spots. Also, there are a lot of ATV riders (as we expected) and it might be challenging for someone with an offleash dog who isn't well-teiained. We probably walked about 5 miles all together. Overall, I recommend this spot, but it might not be a good fit for everyone.

The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Above all, make training a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet. Visiting our agility yard is a direct contribution to our nonprofit One Dog One World's mission. We sincerely appreciate your support. onedogoneworld.org
