Corey's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Wilmington

Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

People who are not first time guests or have been here a few times before can still reach out to schedule while we work this out. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

We have 16 acres, some wooded, some open. Stream runs near farm on township property less than 50 feet from our property line. We also offer a petting zoo for an additional fee with goats, sheep, rabbits, chinchillas, pot belly pig, peacocks, pheasants, doves, pigeons, chickens and more to come.
