there is a horse farm bordering the long side of our property, separated by a right of way driveway. the horses can't get within 20' of our fence. they will run along the fence with dogs that engage with them when they're out in the pasture. with a private 40 acre farm across the street, our property is tranquil and quiet.

Description

Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

Hazards

It's a two acre space, natural critters can likely be found by any animal with a strong prey drive. Raccoons, groundhogs, field mice and birds nesting are a few of the things your fur baby could potentially encounter. Additionally there are some some thorny shrubs and there is always some poison ivy to be found somewhere!
