IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Cozy spot, full privacy, lots of room for parking and accessiblility. Grass will be cut and maintained. No human interaction as the house is for sale and owner is not on site.

Be respectful of the space. Driveway is shared with neighbor but has enough room to allow 3 cars on the left side of the driveway. Please do not park on the right side. Please shut gate when leaving premises. Thank you!
