Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. I will provide plenty of balls and dog toys. I will have a pooper scooper and dog disposal bags available. During the warmer months, we will provide different sized kiddie pools, and sprinklers. We have a half acre fenced in with a small "wooded" area and a small hill. We offer a deck with seating and misters for hot days! We also provide ice water, treats, waste bags, toys, and sanitizer. We have a screened in porch if you need a break from the sun or to charge your phone! We don't currently have dogs on either side of us so it is a pretty private setting for your pup. This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods controls mosquitos naturally. Total lot size .67 acres; backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible.

The only Sniffspot with an indoor room in all of Indiana! I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs have a place to go enjoy time with their humans who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. *dog beer only available with a minimum 10 hour notice of visit to prepare. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, a kids bench, kiddie pools, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -covered sandbox. Unfenced wide open grass space. Located behind our white barn all the way to our tree line. Also including some area outside of our own dogs and goats enclosures. In total nearly 3 acres of roaming space. In the future, we may fence the space but for now, there is no fencing. You may occasionally spot coyote or deer, but they are not aggressive.
