Description

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

Additional rules

Maximum number of human guests is TWO. Please ensure your dog is fully brushed and nails trimmed before your arrival. Fur and hair clog the pool filters and long nails can tear the vinyl pool lining. Dogs MUST enter and exit the pool at the stairs. Do not allow dogs to get near the vinyl pool lining. Please make sure all of the toys are out of the pool before leaving. Poop bags (garbage bags) are located in the basket on the patio table. Used poop bags can be disposed of in either of the black garbage cans on the side of the garage by the green truck.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
