Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Come let your dog play and explore a combination of grassy and wooded areas. Enjoy the covered patio with a lounging couch, table, chairs, electric outlet, and overhead fan. Kids can play on playground and tree house. Relax outside in a retreat setting or take a few meetings and calls while your dog plays. Our backyard is fully fenced in with lots of running room! There are seatings available for pet parents to rest while your pup runs around! Our yard gets plenty of sun and also some shaded areas. Our spot is pesticide free and well maintained! Some treats and toys will be available, please help yourselves! Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. Access to water and baby pool, toys and chairs for owners to use.
