Bluebell House Private Dog Park is beautiful, 1 acre, and fully fenced. It is a perfect spot for dogs to run or hike off leash. There is a very small pond at the south end of the property. Feel free to use any of the outdoor furniture. We hope you and your fur baby enjoy our yard!

NOTICE- We will have heavy equipment working on the property from November 8-17th. Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

10 acres of mixed pastures and woods, has welded wire main outer fencing and some goat cross fence, we raise goats and chickens and 4 cows here too. Wild turkey and deer can also be seen on occasion the property plenty of shade from large old oak trees is available and a picnic table in the shade to rest is also handy. We now have available drinks and snacks for the humans as well as our 4 legged friends.

Easily accessible from the south side of home through SW corner gate. You have access to a fully fenced in acre with shade trees.

THE POOL IS OPEN! SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION! The pool is ready to go at any time. For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs. This is my large backyard around 4000 sq. ft. with mostly grass (some of the back part of the yard is not grass covered). All fencing is new within the last 3 years, and is small dog friendly. The gate is kept unlocked for you to come and go as you please. We provide some dog toys and fresh water as well as a hose for more water if needed.
