Description
Pets are permitted in most areas of our parks. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6-feet. Owners are responsible in picking up and disposing of pet waste. We currently have off leash dog parks at the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve Janice Miller Bark Park and Sheffield Park. Pet are NOT permitted on ball fields, playgrounds, spray park (splash pad), or on the sand areas of Mobbly Beach.

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking. Can also provide access to a bubble machine for extra fun. Dog safe and flavored bubbles are available for use. (No extra charge). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.
