If you need the front entrance closed, please ask in advance, and a temporary gate can be provided ⚠️ 🌟 We’re new! Clear markers and signs will be added soon to make your visit even smoother! 🪧✨ There is a clear small trail upon designsted parking, but more trails will be made soon! 🚧 Please feel free to explore and make your own trails! ✨️ Give your pup a taste of the great outdoors on our peaceful farm! 🌾🐕 Set on a sprawling 27-acre lot, we’re currently offering 10 acres of designated space 🐕‍🦺 for your dog to explore, with plans to expand access in the spring and summer! 🌸🌞 What to Expect: - 🐕 Designated Dog Area: Your pup will enjoy a safe, expansive 10-acre section to run, sniff, and play! 🐾 Though our full property is 27 acres, we’ve set aside this area for the best experience. - 🐄 Neighboring Cows: Let your dog safely observe our friendly neighbors – a herd of cows! 🐮 It’s a fun and enriching experience for curious canines! 🐕 - 🌿 Fresh Country Air: Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere 🌞 as your dog explores the open space, perfect for off-leash play, long walks, or quality bonding time. 🐾💚 🔴 Red: Property fencing—dogs are secure off-leash. 🟢 Green: Parking area after entering the driveway. 🟡 Yellow: Doggy park boundary. 📍 A clear Google map picture is included in our ad to help you visualize these areas! Important Notes: - The designated area is partially fenced 🛑, with plans to be fully fenced in spring! 🌷 One side of the property backs up against a quiet farm field that isn’t ours and isn’t fenced. However, rest assured, no one is ever in that area—it’s just open farmland—so you and your dog can still enjoy a safe and secure experience. Please ensure your dog has reliable recall or remains on a leash for added safety. 🐾🔒 - Supervision is required at all times 🐕‍🦺 to keep everyone safe and happy. 🐕 - Please bring water for your dog 💧 (bowls available upon request!). **Hazards to Be Aware Of:** Our property features cattle fencing, and small dogs under 10 lbs may be able to slip through the gaps—please supervise them closely. Additionally, some areas of the land near the Castor River are steeper, so extra caution is advised while exploring. Safety is our priority, so we recommend keeping a close eye on your furry friends at all times.

Dog Training$45

I charge 45/h, or 6 (1-1.5h) sessions for 250 , 8 (1-1.5h) sessions for 320. Training process is: initial assessment then categorize which behaviours to work on first, sessions afterwards is progress checks, new training techniques if progress is poor. My techniques involve treats/toys, slip leads, ecollers , hand/voice signals

🐾 Ground Rules for Our Dog-Friendly Farm 🐾 To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during your visit: 1. **Supervision Required 🐕‍🦺** All dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. This is especially important as the property is only partially fenced. 2. **Recall or Leash Required 🐾🔗** Please ensure your dog has reliable recall or remains on a leash to prevent wandering outside the designated 10-acre area. 3. **Pick Up After Your Pet 💩** Please clean up after your dog to keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone. Waste bags are available if needed. 4. **Respect the Neighboring Cows 🐄** Dogs must not harass or disturb the cows next door. Keep a safe distance to ensure everyone remains calm and safe. 5. **One Group at a Time 🚶‍♂️🐕** For a private and peaceful experience, only one booking group is allowed on the property at a time. 6. **Aggressive Dogs Welcome with Caution 🚫🐕** We understand some dogs may have behavioral challenges. Aggressive dogs are allowed, but please take necessary precautions (e.g., muzzles if needed) to ensure the safety of other visitors, animals, and property. 7. **Bring Essentials 🧳** Please bring water for your dog and any toys or treats they may enjoy. Bowls are available upon request. 8. **Children Welcome with Supervision 👶🐾** Kids are welcome to join the fun but must be supervised closely, especially around the dogs and property boundaries. 9. **Weather Considerations ☀️☔** Be mindful of extreme weather conditions, and plan accordingly for your dog’s comfort and safety. 10. **Leave No Trace 🌿** Help us maintain the natural beauty of the farm by leaving the area as you found it.
