55The yard was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and toys to play with. The heater was working and kept me warm during our time here.
55amazing spot! super cute, clean and lots of room to run. my dogs had a blast!
55We had an amazing time at our first visit! There are so many toys to play with and we also did the agility add-on which was even more fun. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
55The host was very welcoming and helpful about where to park and how to access the yard. They provided lots of water and toys and the space is very comfortable for humans as well. Hayley loved exploring and playing. We will definitely return and recommend.
55Great space, exactly as pictured and described. Donna was easy to communicate with and our pup had a blast with all the new smells!
55The perfect space for wearing out your pup!!
55Great spot for the doggos! It’s super cute and plenty of space for dogs to run around. The patio is adorable and a perfect place to chill!
55My boys love coming to this yard! Plenty of space to run, no other people to worry about. Basically it’s the best.
55I absolutely loved my time here. My dogs enjoyed spending time in Slem's Yard. It was a delight for both owner and pet.
55Amazing!! So many toys and kiddie pools for the pups! There was also plenty of shade and chairs. They even had out ice water and dog treats. Will definitely come again

Sometimes

You will not see me or my dogs. The elderly lady to the right of the yard doesn’t own dogs but sometimes her grand-daughter comes to check on her and brings her two dogs and they are somewhat visible through the fence. They only stay outside for about 10 minutes during her 30 minute visit with her Grandmother, and they stay 10’ feet away from the fence because she also has an invisible fence. They do not bark at my dogs, they actually don’t pay any attention to us at all.

Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Owners with reactive dogs: The neighbor to the right is an elderly lady that has a grandchild that comes once a day for about 30 minutes to check on her. She brings her two dogs that can sometimes be seen through the fence when she lets them out to do their business for about 10-15 minutes, but she also has an invisible fence 10’ away from my fence so they don’t approach the fence and rarely bark at my dogs. I will soon have this part of the fence blacked out.

Hi! I’m Donna! I am an animal advocate, retired from USPS and from my Pet Sitting Company (Slem’s Pet Care) and now my fur baby Remi and I would like to share our yard with anyone who may need a nice size, safe yard for their furbaby to play in! Play with your babies or relax in front of fans on the covered patio while your pet enjoys the new sniffs and baby pool!

K9 Corner - Private Dog Run in Webster Groves

This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us before booking. We are also open to happy hour social gatherings, yoga, painting, and other type of events; please contact us to discuss. Please note. This park is for dogs to enjoy. This park is NOT a playground for kids/adults. The obstacles, agility equipment, and toys are for the dogs. Humans should not be climbing on the equipment or mis-using the toys. The neighbor does not want toys or tennis balls hitting their vehicles. If we see this type of behavior or rules not being followed, you will potentially be banned from future reservations. *Please understand this is mostly a self-regulated dog run/park. You MUST cleanup after your dog. However sometimes poop gets missed and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt it’s not done intentional. We want all visitors to have a great experience at K9 Corner.* **This spot is not a business to make money for profit. All proceeds are considered donation for upkeep of the dog run, lawn maintenance, dog toys, etc. If you have questions/comments/concerns, please text 314-384-2279.**
