Fencing details: we have a small section that is fenced in and off leash. the other area is completely unfenced and has one side with a privacy fence that is our neighbors. we do highly suggest staying on leash on the unfenced area

Description

We hope to offer you and your pup a safe space to run and have fun! As an owner of a reactive dog i understand how important it is for your pup to have some freedom! We will have water and poop bags provided and you can roam the entire property!

Hazards

We are right off of a busy road so be very cautious of that. we also have a drop where you can see the grand river. it’s usually not a cause for issue but, be aware of it. a neighborhood you can see but it is very quiet over there

We ask that you respect the property and don’t allow your dog to damage anything and to clean up after them! We ask that you are respectful to our neighbors privacy fence.

Tree's Private ONE ACRE FULLY FENCED DOGS Paradise In Chardon

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in by a combination of decorative wrought iron and chain link. The space has a combination of grass, woods and trails for dogs and their owners to explore. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider and the furniture on the deck. A pooper scooper is provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
