Covered patio with plush seating surrounding a propane fire table. Fountain for ambiance activated upon request. Dog waste bags and receptacle on site. Ample parking with RV driveway and entry to backyard directly through the RV gate. We have a hose and sprinkler available for use as well.

Large pool, with plenty of water toys, and a large grass area for your pup to play in without worrying about their paws on the hot cement. I also have a large grill, and covered sitting area with fans for the pup parents to relax in while the little ones play!

Special requests for play days when we have irrigation days if your pup wants to run and play in a flooded yard estimated 1-14 inches deep. DM me for more details. We are open 6am - 11pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!
