We are sharing the sweetest part of our property with you and your dogs. We are so proud of our spot and look forward to welcoming you to enjoy it, too!

Hazards

A closed county road (Chestermann Rd) runs alongside the southern section of our SniffSpot. We cannot guarantee no one will walk or drive down that road while you are in that area. There is a RR track adjacent to our SniffSpot and it will be loud when trains pass. Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs!

In the summer, we have a kiddie pool for the pups to cool off in. During warmer months there is a hose hooked up to fill a water bowl. Lots of room to roam and dog toys already scattered about the Yard! Feel free to play fetch, but leave for our next guests. If there are kids toys out, your children may use at your own risk. We do have 2 dogs of our own that will likely bark out the window. They are friendly and well socialized but jealous they aren't playing too! We also have cats that may be sitting in a window.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
