Additional rules

Please enjoy all the space to the left of the property when you arrive, the pond is toward the back right and you are welcome to use as well. Garden and area near second dwelling are off limits but property along the river and back of the house (facing the river) are available for use. Enjoy your time and please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Please remember this is an active farm so noise from animals, trains, other non visible dogs and humans are expected although minimized for your booking. Have fun and enjoy your time! Thank you

****IMPORTANT : all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** This gorgeous 160 acre parcel has cattle and horses on property, so recall is a must! Perimeter fencing is barbed wire. Hiking the land and access to the ponds is permitted.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
