A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

Secluded to the extent where no fences are necessary. Come work remotely using our business highspeed wifi at the backyard "bar". The creek is mostly knee deep and privately stocked with rainbow trout from time to time.

Sitting on 0.25 Acres, with plenty of room to run and play fetch, this yard is a perfect private dog park for your furry friends. There is plenty of seating for humans and plenty of space for pups. Hope to be open soon.** Georgia the beagle would love to share her yard when she isn't using it. She says it's great for zoomies and fetch. She loves running around all the open grassy space and hiding behind the trees and bushes. For the 2-legged crew there is a table and chairs on the lawn. Except in the winter there is an umbrella on the deck that can shade the table and chairs. The yard and deck are wheelchair accessible from the driveway which has ample parking around back. There is a hose by the driveway to fill water bowls, except in the winter.

We have about a quarter acre fully fenced in with 6 foot privacy fence. There is plenty of parking in our driveway. Bowls of water will be provided and cleaned after each visit. Please feel free to make use of the full space, including the deck and fire pit seating area! We just asked that you please clean up after your pet. We will provide poop bags and a pooper scooper with a receptacle for disposal. We also usually have racquetballs out for your dog to play with. We hope you enjoy your time in our yard that we used to enjoy with our dogs no longer with us.
