The two neighbors do not own dogs but their adult children who live elsewhere do. One is a hunting type dog who usually comes on Sundays 3-5pm. The other is a miniature poodle who comes at random times but is there less than 5 percent of the time I happen to spend or look out into the yard.

Wood chips added! It was muddy but we fixed that. Welcome! We (humans and dogs) will stay inside to give you your privacy and serenity. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Please consider us as this helps us afford my 16-year-old daughter's Team USA Luge/Olympic Training Center/ORDA fees as she trains towards the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games! Fully enclosed lot with a seating area/table, a raspberry patch, wild grasses and a garden. Spacious, fully fenced-in backyard with covered patio. Located on a busy road, but very quiet! Anti-hawk and pest control devices to keep out predators and protect small dogs. Bird feeder contains peanuts and peanut butter bird suet that's safe for dogs (it's OK if they help themselves). Well-maintained grass.
Just a good ole backyard in the heart of Wayne for all of your enrichment needs. Backyard full of natural greenery in a very structured neighborhood.
