Come see this incredible property for yourself! Situated on 7.23 beautiful acres. Complete w/ mature trees, ponds and wildlife.
* After november 3rd, it is deer hunting season around here. I will stay open, but please have your fur babies wear blaze orange as a precaution* 20 acres split up into flat/mowed area, and a trail that's is cut through the woods around the property. There is plenty of safe space to run and explore. We are surrounded by farm land and a quiet dirt road.
Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. We just added a doggy treat mailbox! Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.
Quiet spot with lots of room to run, sniff and play.
We have open pasture, fields, wooded area, a pond, and wetland. Plenty of space to play fetch or chase critters. We are on a quiet dirt road and shrouded by farm land so your pup has lots of safe space to run and roam. We have outside hose access to wash your pup off if they get dirty. And plenty of secluded area away from distractions for training and uninterrupted play for reactive dogs.
My yard is fully fenced in, flat and pretty open. There is a patio with a small table and some chairs, and a variety of plants. There are rose bushes in the garden bed next to the garage so it's best to keep your pup out of that area but they can sniff and play as much as they want! I have a wide variety of dog safe flowers and plants for them to explore. On the patio there is a storage box with a bowl, dog bags, toys, dog-safe bubbles and a fun sprinkler attachment specifically for pups! If you'd like the kiddy pool out and filled up please let me know when you book.
This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!
