Description

Almost 1 full acre of fully fenced in, private backyard for use. Chairs and a fire pit are available for use for guests. There is off-street parking available as it is located in a quiet neighborhood. You're welcome to walk your dogs around the neighborhood as well. Please just ensure they are leashed if doing so. There are trash cans located by the entrance to the backyard. A water spicket and hose is available for use outside of the winter months.

Hazards

Rock wall - please watch your step especially in the dark. There are steps going from the top level of the backyard down to the lower level. They are slightly uneven and become slippery in the winter. Please use caution or walk around the side to get down to the lower level.

Have the fire pit all setup and roaring for when you arrive! A full bundle of seasoned firewood will be provided as well.
