Description

Need to let fido run & chase a ball? This is the perfect spot! Easy access on/off the highway, just come on by, park in the driveway, go through the gate and let your doggo have a nice big yard to play in! Water dish is provided, dog toys to play with, outdoor dog bed for lounging, chairs for hoomans to relax on and a pooper scooper with waste station under the upper deck by the garage. Doggy water splash-pad will be available to rent during the summer months!

Hazards

Minor uneven cracks in patio concrete but nothing bad at all. Just watch your step. :) We also have a bird feeder but the feed is dog friendly (no raisins or anything toxic to dogs).

Hi I'm Jamie! My husband I are huge dog lovers and have 2 dogs of our own. We know how important it is for a dog to have space to run around in, so we joined Sniffspot in hopes of helping other doggy parents have a place for their fur kids to run around in!

Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
