Dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated; Dogs are not permitted on any athletic field, court or sports area; Dogs must be leashed at all times and the leash must be no longer than six feet; Waste must be collected immediately and then properly disposed; Dog owners are responsible for all injuries and damage caused by their pet. We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.
