MEMBERSHIPS NOW AVAILABLE FOR DISCOUNTED RATES! Conveniently located in Richardson 75080 right off 75 & less than 20 mins from downtown Dallas! Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

Please select this extra 4 hours ahead of visit time so host can prepare the doggie boots.

HOUSE RULES ‼️: - 2 humans MAX per dog and MAX 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the Spot. - 🚫 Absolutely NO ALCOHOL & NO SMOKING allowed on premise. You will be asked to bring these items to your vehicle if we see them. 🚫 - Please do not bring any glassware into the yard. - There are doggie bags on the side of the shed in the back corner of the yard 💩. We appreciate you cleaning up after your pups! POOL RULES 🏖️: - ONE support human PER DOG is allowed in the pool at a time. Please add additional human as Extras during booking if more need to be in the pool. 🏊🏽‍♂️ - Pool activities are for dogs only. Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your dog(s) should be your sole focus. The pool is not for human swimming and lounging & no pool party is allowed. - Pool is off-limit if it is thunderstorming. Please exercise caution at all times, especially when it is raining. ⛈️

**Our spot will be closed for the first 2 weeks in June as we undertake a big landscaping project that will include all new grass! We look forward to having all our pup friends and their humans back soon in our new and improved spot!** In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
