**Update: 12/1/24- Bears place is winterized. The Hose, seesaw & summer items have been put away. The hose faucet is closed! Must bring own water! ** ** The path and spot is not shoveled. Please wear appropriate footwear! Thanks! ** **Please No Excessive Barking! Especially after 5pm. ** **PLEASE PARK ACROSS THE STREET OR IN DRIVEWAY ONLY** **There is a small blue bucket. Please put toys that were played with in there when finished. ** Thanks! **may not be suitable for super small dogs like toy dogs ** *PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PUPS POOP!!!* Park like setting in the city! ~Hose hook up around the corner of house for water for the dog to drink and the kiddie pool. ~Toys provided and are cleaned regularly with 7th generation cleaner. ~Outlet to charge your phone if needed to the right of the sliding doors. ~ poo bags & garbage pail provided. ~Bring towel for your pup if they want to play in the water! ~Please return toys to blue bin and shut the water off if used at end of visit. ~please close the gate on your way out. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
