55It is a big beautiful backyard with lots of trees and shade. Plenty of room to run and lots to sniff. Had the place to ourselves but Morgan let me know they were inside if we needed anything. Toys are available and full water dishes. Great place to spend a summer hour w my dog.

Our neighbor to the left has an adult daughter who sometimes brings her dog over, but in the 3 years we've lived here we've only seen them 6 or 8 times. the neighbor on the right has a corgi, but this isn't his full time residence, he's usually on his farm 4-5 days of the week. other dogs in the neighborhood sometimes bark, but it's a pretty quiet neighborhood.

on occasion my neighbors young grandchildren are playing in her yard on the otherside of the fence. more often, though, they are in her front yard. Our neighbor two houses down is also often in his backyard working on handyman projects that sometimes include power tools, but typically only in the evenings.

Description

Our backyard is on a fenced in double lot with lots of room to run and play. Heavily wooded and backs up to a ravine. One thing to note: Our gate to the backyard opens up to our steps to the house (you can see this in the photos) and it can be trickier to navigate if you have a mobility aide. My husband and I work from home and either of us would be happy to assist in accessing the yard if needed. We have one camera mounted to the back of the house that does not see past the deck. This is for peace of mind after a neighbors house got broken into–its unrelated to sniffspot and isn't something we look at during visits.
