This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

Hi I’m Paulina! I have been in the doggy business world since 2018. Whether you want to stay and play, or go about your day, I can ensure your dog (or should I say best friend??💕) has a fun filled time!! My photos all give a description of what days are like with us! I am a stay at home mom, so I have the resource to be here and available at all times to ensure safety for the dogs. I come with references from pet parents, if you’d like them I will happily provide them 🙂 I myself have 3 dogs who LOVE to meet new friends. Two pigs, Louise and Tina. Louise is 5, Tina, 2! I have a black lab named Luna. They are the sweetest! Our yard is located in Scotia- Glenville, and is the best of both worlds, with an enclosed fence area, and a sprawling back yard. Pups of all sizes and ages will love to chase balls, sniff for bunnies, bird watch and roll around the grass. Plenty of trees for shade, a small hill for incline, and chairs in and out of fence for owners to relax. Come check it out!

Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

Alana's Private Dog Park In Nassau

We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! With this please be mindful not to leave anything behind that may attract in wildlife or potentially harm our sheep! We thank you and look forward to your visit !
