Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

Flat, fenced, back yard. Park in the front on the street. There are steps out front. Not handicap accessible.

Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit.

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Water dish available plus a pitcher of water with advanced notice. Last-minute bookings should plan to bring water just in case, as we've turned off the hose for the season. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround. The path around the house to access the yard is uneven and requires climbing several steps. It may be difficult for those with mobility issues and we recommend wearing shoes/boots.

Please make sure all three spots are "on". - House spigot turned on and Y splitter heading towards the yard is open (in line with the Y) - By the gate, connect the green hose up to the black/orange hose and flip the shutoff to on (in line with the hose) - Connect the garden hose gun to the end of the hose in the hose caddy by the walkway. Our backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff!

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate next to the garage to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the patio window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of other dogs: The neighbors next to us do not have dogs. There is a house across the street and a couple yards down who have dogs that we can see from the hill in our yard. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. We do occasionally hear dogs barking. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard while you are here. He may bark when you arrive. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of humans: Our neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our neighbors on the north side of us have two grade school aged kids who used to come up to the fence to talk and try to pet dog visitors without asking first. They haven’t done this in the last few months, but it is a possibility. We will stay inside the house while you are here or will use the front door if we need to come/go.
