Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. Please note that the yard is currently being seeded, so it may be muddy after recent rain. Our family doesn’t use the space, and we’d love to see it enjoyed by happy pets and their people. Come let your furry friend have some off-leash fun in a backyard made just for them! Please note: There is a small gap between the house and the fence near the AC unit, so we recommend supervising curious pets in that area. There are also some existing mole holes in the yard, so please watch your step while walking through!

Fully fenced in back yard that is around an acre for your fur babies to enjoy. We have a fish pond on the property and all the dogs enjoy getting a quick drink from the cool water there. We offer a sprinkler for the pups on hot days, shaded areas under the umbrella on the deck or under the canopy in the yard for the doggie parents. We provide puppy snacks, fresh water, clean up supplies and wifi as well. If you require any other amenities just ask us, we might be able to accommodate your needs. We love all dogs big and small and all are welcome here. We are in more of a country setting and they can run until their hearts are content.
