Description

Private, fully fenced yard with turf playing field, deck, and patio space, on a quiet and peaceful residential street just minutes from downtown with easy access to all major highways in SATX. Beautiful tree cover keeps the space shady and cool, while your dog can always find a sunny spot to sunbathe. Includes optional use of hose, fan, electrical outlets, and wifi!

Additional rules

Please park on the street in front of our home. There is usually plenty of street parking available. Access the backyard gate by walking down the driveway located to the right of our house (you'll see 4 tall cactuses). Host will provide entry code to open the gate. If you use the fan, please turn it off before you leave. If you use the electrical outlets, please make sure the covers are closed before leaving. If you use the hose, please make sure the water is shut off (turn the blue knob on the faucet clockwise towards "S"). As you leave through the gate, please scramble the combination lock before closing the gate firmly, so that it locks. You can throw any trash in the black trash bin lined up next to the driveway.

	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

I give discounts to repeat visitors, just ask. Pool fee is a flat fee, all guest and pets must be counted on the reservation, but the pool fee covers use by all paid guests for the one flat pool fee.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
