Description

Large home with large yard. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of good ole grass and dirt to sniff. We have large white 6ft fences on 2 sides and a chain link fence on the far side. Plenty of space for dogs to enjoy. Recommend no jumpers as they could jump the chain link fence into the neighbors yard. Please pick up after your furbaby poops. Thanks 🙏

Full time resident in Sarasota. Have two dogs and a cat but we don’t live at this property. This is a rental of mine so there will be other tenants that you may see but no other animals. Private and secluded spot.

Marvin's 4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
