Description

Privacy fence 6ft. Plenty of room to run. Hoses available on both sides of the house if needed.

Hazards

Them possibly digging out but that is a hazard of any dog and most fences. During wetter seasons, the very back of the fence line tends to get a bit muddy.

The battery has a run time of about 10min. It is not able to be used in wet or very hot conditions due to the potential damage to the unit. Please take this into consideration. If it turns out it cannot be used, you will get your 20 back.

Pick up after your pet and dispose feces in the green trash can. If your pet digs, please stop them, and fill the holes. No chewing on fence, dog beds, chairs, tables, grill or any other item not meant to be chewed. You are free to use the hose (but please don't forget to turn it off when not in use). I have a table, a couple chairs, a couple cots to lay on for humans, sprinklers the dogs can play in (or your kids), a grill (for fee of 5 dollars per hour). Please just let me know which accommodations you would like to utilize so I can have them outside and available for your reservation. If this goes well, I will be setting up other accommodations for dogs and people. I am open to suggestions and/or donations for maintenance and enhancements. Do not leave your pet unattended unless you have made other arrangements with myself for dog sitting, dog daycare, or dog boarding. Please see my rover account for assistance with those services. Open play spot- Great for large dogs

Our open, rural spot is the perfect location to exercise your big boys and girls! With ample room to fetch, sniff, and run, your doggos will LOVE our spot! A few things to note: - This is a multiple acre property. Lots of room! - We do have chickens (in an enclosed run) in the yard which is accessible. - Our property does have a pond. In Florida there is ALWAYS a risk with wildlife in open country (eg. Gators, Snakes, bobcats, hawks, turtles) however feel free to let your dogs swim if you’d like to. Bring towels! - 3 sides of the property are fenced (back side is electric), but the front is lined with a culvert. The only way off the property is by driveway. - Fish food is provided! You’re welcome to feed. Don't forget to bring water for yourself as there is no shade, YET! More amenities will be added over time.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
