45Beautifull property, plenty of room for my dogs to run around and I'm sure they were having fun. However, one of my dogs is a bit on the crazy out of control kind of behavior and ended up in the water full of those green algae twice. I personally don't trust any freshwater body of water in FL, because of the risk of having alligators in it. So, it became overwhelming trying to keep an eye on all the dogs and trying to keep them away from the water at the same time. So, we only stayed for about 20 minutes, but the dogs had enough exercise running all over the property. The host was very nice by the way and quickly responded emails\texts messages.
55Lots of room to run and play and very shady. The grounds are gorgeous and the dogs had so much fun exploring and sniffing. Beautiful lake views and there is a dock you can relax on. One of my dogs jumped in the water from it which was a little scary since I couldn't see underneath the duckweed but he came right back to shore. And then stayed close lol. The area was very quiet while we were there in the morning, very peaceful. Will definitely visit again, thanks!
55My dog loved swimming in the ponds and running around! There were lots of smells for my dog to explore. We saw a lot of baby turtles and lizards. Fencing is secure and there is plenty of space for your dog to roam. Great spot. Will definitely be returning!
55This was our first time using Sniffspot but our two one-year old pups has a great time. We have a golden mix who completely surprised us (given she’s never had an interest in swimming yet) and ran straight into the big pond & the host graciously let us use her hose to rinse off (which we ended up needing to use twice - as our pup ran back in a second time lol!). The ponds do have some normal green algae growth (it is summer in Florida after all), so just be mindful of that if you have swimmer dogs who are still working on their recall skills :) Overall, our pups loved running around, smelling everything, and enjoying the space.
55Honestly it was perfect and my dog had an absolute blast. We couldn’t see anyone, heard some noises but he was so engrossed in all the smells and space he had to run he didn’t even care. We will 100% be coming back. Nice & quiet & exactly what my lil man needed.
55Property is super nice and has lots of space for dogs to run and play! Our dogs had a blast and we're hoping to come back soon and enjoy more time without a storm cutting it short 😁

Note: If you need to get in touch with me, you can try me at 8*1*3 5-5-6-5-8-1-3. Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!
