Come and enjoy the space with your furry four (or however many) legged friend(s)! There is a dog run, and I will provide some amenities such as doggie bags, sunscreen, snacks/beverage (at least always water available), a trash receptacle for waste as well as a fire pit and a covered back porch area (where you can easily see and access your pets) for you to sit and enjoy for either shade or cover from the other elements.... All I would ask is that you please be mindful that I have tenants as well as the fact that I reside at the property as well with my teenage son and pick up after your animals and yourself. I would also require that you please park your vehicles out front (there is plenty of off street parking) and refrain from parking in the driveway as that space is for both myself and my tenants and we all frequently come and go and need to be able to do so at our convenience. It is a drama free space and I would prefer to keep it that way! I have no dogs, however my tenants do have two of them, one big dog and one small one, but they tend to walk them around the block and they are always on leashes. I have a cat that sometimes gets outside but I'm not worried about her, and there are other neighborhood cats that frequently come in our yard for whatever reason .... Anyways that's about all! OPEN for Winter! Fully fenced 1.25 acres. Dog toys available in toy box located by the gate. Water bowl will be filled for every reservation. Waste bags also provided but please dispose of them off property. Wide open with traffic on one side of the yard by road but fence is secure. Off street parking at this sniff spot. Nice quiet fun

My yard is just over an acre. It is in a very quiet neighborhood where the houses are spread apart. I have a VERY large front yard so my house is pushed back off the street, however even though it’s a back road please be careful to keep your pet(s) away from the road. My backyard has a flat area, a small hill, another flat area and then my land extends up into the woods. I live at the base of Mt.Greylock.

Fully grassed shelled in by woods and away from the city where there cars everywhere and it’s off a main road so that’s not an issue
