Description

Drive down the hill along side the 🇺🇸 pole and park on the grassy rock in front of or right along side of the trailered boat if it is freshly wet from rain please. Stay 20 feet from lake please as it can be squishy. Don’t want to add a tow truck bill to your visit.

Additional rules

The pond is shallow near shore, but has a middle channel 3-5 feet deep. No current present unless there has been a heavy rain. Small children should wear a life jacket near the lagoon or while on any pier. Anyone fishing needs a LA license at age 16 and up. Welcome to Hicks Pocket on beautiful Cross Lake!

We have 5 dogs. 2 live inside and some of their actual next generation of pups live in the fenced backyard. The “dog park” area is along side the lagoon, so drive down along side the 🇺🇸 pole and don’t forget to bring your fishing pole. If the fish aren’t biting, bust up with floating fetch toys. I have a long hose for a quick bath for any muddy-puppy takers. Picnic lunches are welcomed, but there will be a beer and cheese tax if you didn’t bring enough. LA fishing permit as it applies to Cross Lake. “He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul. Psalm23:2b-3 Amen
